In the ApeX panel open Settings › License, paste the key and press Activate.

Requirements

  1. MetaTrader 5 desktop terminal
  2. Tools › Options › Experts: Allow algorithmic trading and Allow DLL imports turned on
  3. Internet connection — the license is checked online and keeps working offline for up to 72 hours

Questions

I lost my license key.

Open the link on the order confirmation page to send a new key, or reply to your key email. A new key replaces the old one.

Can I move the license to another account?

Yes. Contact support and we will release the old account so the key can be used on the new one.

Do demo accounts count toward the limit?

No. Demo accounts can use the key without using up a real-account slot.

Does it work on a netting account?

No. ApeX Trading Console needs a hedging account; on a netting account it says so and does not open trades from the panel. Most forex accounts use hedging — after you log in, the Journal tab in MetaTrader 5 shows "hedging mode" or "netting mode".

How do I cancel a subscription?

Sign in to your account page and press "Manage subscription". You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
