These terms apply to ApeX Trading Console Pro ("the Software") and licenses sold at shop.apexaltus.com by [legal name of seller] ("we").
1. The license
- A license key lets you use the Software on up to the number of real trading accounts shown for your plan. Demo accounts do not count toward this limit.
- The license is for your own use. You may not resell, share publicly or transfer the key without our written consent.
- To move the license to a different account, contact us and we will release the old account.
2. Plans, payment and renewal
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details.
- Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each period and are charged to the saved payment method until you cancel.
- A lifetime plan is a one-time payment and does not renew.
- Prices are shown before checkout. [State whether prices include VAT/taxes.]
3. Free trial
- Where a plan offers a free trial, a card is required at sign-up. It is charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
- Each customer may use a free trial once. If a trial was already used with the same card or email, the subscription starts without a trial and is charged immediately.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription at any time using the link in your license email. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Canceling during a free trial ends access when the trial ends.
5. How the license is checked
The Software checks the license online. It keeps working without a connection for up to 72 hours, after which it needs to connect again. MetaTrader 5 must allow DLL imports for the Software to run.
6. Refunds, chargebacks and suspension
Refunds follow our Refund Policy. If a payment is refunded in full or disputed with your bank, the related license is suspended.
7. No financial advice
The Software is a trade management tool. It does not provide trading signals or investment advice, and it does not guarantee any result. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and for checking every order the Software places or changes.

9. Changes
We may update these terms. Changes that affect paid subscriptions will be sent to your email before they apply.
