Activate

Start the ApeXLicense service, then on the ApeX Indicator bar open ☰ › License · ApeX Indicator SMC, paste the key and press Activate.

Requirements

  1. MetaTrader 5 desktop terminal
  2. The ApeXLicense service (free on the Downloads page) running, with Allow DLL imports ticked
  3. Internet connection — the license is checked online and keeps working offline for up to 24 hours

Questions

Do I need ApeX Trade Manager?

No. The indicator draws everything by itself. ApeX Trade Manager is only needed if you want its Auto Trade to trade from these signals. The two products have separate licence keys.

Can I try it first?

Yes. The free Demo version runs on demo accounts — get it from the Downloads page.

Does it place trades?

No. It is an indicator — MetaTrader 5 does not let indicators trade. Automated entries come only from ApeX Trade Manager's Auto Trade, which you switch on yourself.

I lost my license key.

Sign in to your account page and press "Send a new key". The new key replaces the old one, which stops working straight away; the MT5 accounts already linked stay on the licence.

Can I move the license to another account?

Yes. On your account page, press "Remove" next to the MT5 account you no longer use, then press Check now on the indicator's License card on the new one. You can remove up to three accounts per licence in any 30 days; if you need more, contact us.

Do demo accounts count toward the limit?

No. Demo accounts can use the key without using up a real-account slot.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Sign in to your account page and press "Manage subscription". You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
