Try before you pay
Monthly and yearly plans include a free trial so you can test the Software on your own setup before any charge. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
Refund requests
- Monthly plans: [e.g. no refund after a renewal is charged / refund within N days]
- Yearly plans: [e.g. refund within N days of the charge]
- Lifetime plan: [e.g. refund within N days if the license was not activated on a real account]
To request a refund, email apexaltus@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout and include the last 4 characters of your key.
After a refund
When a payment is refunded in full, the license for that order is suspended and can no longer be used. Refunds go back to the original payment method; how long they take to appear depends on your bank.
Canceling a subscription
Canceling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period already paid for. [State whether partial periods are refunded.]
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. A disputed payment suspends the related license.
